Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Brandable. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our brand naming services. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Brandable offers brand, product, and service naming solutions under fixed-rate packages. Each package includes:

• Client Brief review

• Discovery Call

• Delivery of 5–7 custom name options with rationale

• Domain availability insights

• 1–2 rounds of revisions (as specified in your package)

• Final naming assets delivered digitally via PDF or .docx

• Full payment is required in advance via PayPal or another approved method.

• All prices are listed in USD and are non-refundable once the project has commenced.

• You will receive a Transaction ID as your payment reference. This must be entered when submitting the Client Brief.

• Your package includes up to two (2) revision rounds.

• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving each name batch.

• Additional rounds are subject to a fee and will be quoted based on scope.

4. Refund Policy

Because naming is a creative, consultative service, all sales are final once work has begun. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds.

• Upon full payment and final approval, all rights to the selected name(s) are transferred to you.

• Unused names remain the intellectual property of Brandable and may be repurposed for future projects unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Brandable performs preliminary trademark and domain checks using publicly available tools.

• We do not provide legal advice or formal trademark clearance.

• You are responsible for engaging a trademark attorney to perform a full search and file registrations.

• Projects typically take 3–4 weeks from receipt of the completed Client Brief.

• Delays caused by incomplete information or feedback response times may affect delivery.

Brandable reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
